PRLog (Press Release)– Jun 06, 2011– In the wake of auto part the devastation caused by the tornado that hit Joplin, MO on May 22, CarHop, the nation's third-largest on the spot financing dealer, is helping customers in Joplin rebuild their lives by replacing vehicles damaged in the disaster. To further help the community in Joplin, CarHop is donating $5,000 to the American Red Cross to aid in relief efforts.
"With all that has happened here in Jopl chevrolet in, our highest priority is ensuring that our customers are taken care of," Store Manager Jared Harnar said. "In a time like this, the last thing a person should need to worry about is their vehicle. We just hope our efforts can ease that burden a bit."
Although CarHop's Joplin store, which opened in 2008, narrowly avoided damage itself, many customers and employees were affected by the disaster.
